[Manchester, New Hampshire (October 10, 2016)] – USConnect Holdings, Inc. (USConnect) has named Deborah Rand as chief executive officer of USConnect Services, Co. and of USConnect’s seven properties. Ms. Rand will oversee USConnect’s broadband, video and telephone operations, oversee the integration of acquired properties and operations, and direct the USConnect management team. With more than 25 years of experience, Deb brings a deep knowledge and understanding of the issues facing rural telecommunications companies.
Deb has been with USConnect for three years, serving as Interim CEO and Vice President of Administration and Support prior to being named CEO. Before that, Deb worked for more than 16 years as an Analyst at JSI Capital Advisors, where she assisted with activities associated with merger and acquisition within the telecommunications industry, including many transactions between smaller and rural companies. Upon graduation from Marquette University, she began her career as a senior-level audit, project manager and controller for Waste Management.
