Bruce K. Moore – Named President and General Manager of Highline
June 8, 2021 (Sault Ste Marie, Escanaba, Marquette, and Sandusky MI) — ITC Broadband, a telecommunications industry leader, is announcing Bruce K. Moore as the new President and General Manager of its newly formed company Highline in Michigan.
As the leader of Highline, Moore will be responsible for all aspects of the business including operations, customer care, sales, marketing and new customer service order delivery.
Highline is building a Gigabit Fiber-To-The-Home network that will revolutionize access to the internet for tens of thousands of Michigan residents. Engineering and construction work is well-underway and Highline will begin providing service to customers by the end of this year.

Highline will pay for all the costs of building its all-fiber gigabit network using its own funds plus $189 million awarded to its partner Atlantic Engineering Group as a part of the FCC’s Rural Digital Opportunity Fund.
