Livingston, Texas, August 5, 2015 – Livingston Communications (LivCom), announced that it has closed on its previously announced agreement to acquire the assets and operations of VersaLink Media, LLC.

“We are excited to bring more advanced services to Livingston and the surrounding areas. We are extremely proud of our recent investments in our advanced video and broadband network and look forward to providing VersaLink subscribers with a more robust channel line‐up and access to additional services,” said Kurt Whitcher, General Manager of LivCom.

The VersaLink acquisition is one of many initiatives LivCom is bringing to the Livingston area. Advanced IP services, robust video platform, security and retail computer services are now offered by LivCom. In addition, LivCom offers a number of new business services, including unified communications solutions, data back‐up, managed service and network design and support.
